FABRIC PRESSING BUTTON MAKING - A COMPLETE TUTORIAL
Hi Friends! WELCOME BACK TO AMAZING WOMENS WORLD.......... In this video i gonna show how to cut and make the Fabric Pressing Buttons.......using the tool and the dice..... This button tool is accompanied with two set of different size buttons each is having 5 units is called dice / molds....... The five units ie., bottom shell dice ,spring, top shell dice with movable cap dice and a plunger..... First fix the tool to the wooden board and down to handle there is one hole insert the plunger, perpendicular to plunger there is one screw......tight with the screw.....so the plunger is stiffly inserted in.......then join with spring and bottom dice of the button on this plunger.......and the down part of the button shell dice is completely fixed and is now immovable........ Next shown the top part of the button which is flat is called cap/shell and bottom button part......cutting a piece of fabric and fixing to the cap of the button......tie with thread tightly....and inserting that fabric cap into the top dice and letting all the dice to insert in the tool......... Finally how to press the handler and take the fabric button out and each time it makes a single button. Now the buttons are Ready to put into the project....... Using this Fabric pressing button maker you can create the matching buttons of your Garment with low cost...and the price of this tool with complete set of 2 buttons ie., size 22 & 30 along with there dice of 5 units each is around 1350 INR in the market which is easily available ....in any tailoring, embroidery / sewing materials shops . Further if u wanna to have different size of big/very small size the each dice unit is 450 INR.
